Beth Myler, JD, LCSW offers evidence-based cognitive therapy and coaching. Beth holds a law degree from the University of Texas School of Law, a Masters of Science in Clinical Social Work from University of Texas and a B.A. in Philosophy from Trinity University.
At the University of Texas, she was awarded a Grace Fellowship that allowed her to receive additional training on topics related to illness and disability. Her clinical training took place at LIVESTRONG where she provided counseling to cancer patients, survivors and their caregivers.
Beth has served on the Boards of Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation, Any Baby Can, Make a Wish and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
Before becoming a therapist, Beth worked as an attorney for both large and small firms, advising individuals and businesses. From that experience, Beth brings to her executive coaching practice an understanding of workplace challenges from the perspective of both workers and employers.
Beth holds license number 61180 as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners and California license number 271196 from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, which handles complaints regarding services provided by clinical social workers and may be contacted at www.bbs.ca.gov, or (916) 574-7830.
